Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Product Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used cosmetic products
- Products purchased more than 60 days from return date.
- Any Sale or clearance items.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Refund Policy
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be issued within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
